01The Program

What CEO Summer Camp is

CEO Summer Camp is a 4-week live learning accelerator from Your Business Blueprint, founded by Theresa Mazzuco. It teaches female founders the four foundations of a sustainable, scalable business: offers, client journey, tools, and delegation.

It exists because most female founders have been handed everything except actual teaching. They've sat in communities that don't move them forward. They've watched courses that skip the parts that matter. They've hired coaches who hand them mindset work when what they need is structural knowledge. Camp is the program that fills that gap.

The curriculum, in more depth

Week 01
Offer suite and funnel
Week 02
Client journey and SOPs
Week 03
Tools and automations
Week 04
Delegation framework

Week 01 · Offer suite and funnel

Founders learn the difference between having offers and having an offer suite. Each offer has a job. They flow into each other. A funnel isn't a mystery anymore. By the end of the week, founders understand why their offers are or aren't converting and what a suite that actually compounds looks like.

Week 02 · Client journey and SOPs

The full arc from "interested" to "long-term raving fan" gets mapped: discovery, onboarding, service delivery, offboarding, retention. Founders learn how to translate the journey into SOPs so the business stops living entirely in their head and can finally be run by someone other than them.

Week 03 · Tools and automations

This is the systems week. Founders learn all the moving pieces of their systems and how they fit together. They learn how the pieces connect to move clients through the offer suite and client journey, how to think about tool selection for their stage, what each tool needs to do for their business, and where automation actually saves time versus where it doesn't. By the end of the week, they understand how the components of their stack work together to follow up with leads, deliver to clients, and keep the journey moving without them having to be in every step.

Week 04 · Delegation framework

Founders learn what can be delegated and what shouldn't, the order of operations for handing something off (document, train, monitor, release), and how to think about VA vs contractor vs employee vs AI employee. They learn which kinds of work make sense for AI versus humans, and how to fit AI employees into a business without creating chaos.

Who teaches it

Theresa Mazzuco, founder of Your Business Blueprint, is a 6x CEO. She's run businesses she built from scratch and businesses she took over, across very different industries. She knows what the foundations need to look like because she's relied on them every time. Camp is her teaching it directly.

Email · 01 The diagnosis
Subject: the wall most female founders hit at year 2

You start a business. You get it off the ground. Maybe you've been at it for a year, maybe three. And somewhere along the way, you hit the wall.

The work works. Clients come. Offers sell. But everything important still lives in your head, and you couldn't take a real vacation if you tried.

Most female founders think this is a discipline issue, a time issue, or a money issue. Usually it's not. It's that nobody ever taught them the foundations of a business that doesn't require them in every chair.

CEO Summer Camp is 4 weeks with Theresa Mazzuco teaching the four foundations and what they actually change for you:

  • An offer suite that brings clients in on a clear path, instead of you hustling for every sale
  • A client journey that lives outside your head, so you stop being the only one who knows how anything works
  • Systems that follow up, deliver, and move clients through whether you're working or not
  • A delegation framework so you can finally bring on help and have it stick

If you've been waiting for someone to teach this in a way that finally makes sense, this is it.

Email · 02 The exhaustion
Subject: are you actually okay?

Some of you are not okay.

You're running a business you wanted, and somehow you've ended up exhausted, resentful, and wondering if you should just shut the whole thing down.

It's not that you don't love what you do. It's that you're doing every single piece of it, all the time, and you can't see a version of this that doesn't end with you burning out.

This is the part where most female founders blame themselves. They think they need to want it more, work harder, push through. Then they push through, and they end up right back here a few months later, more tired than before.

There is another option, and it's not a vibe shift or a mindset fix. It's actually learning what a business that doesn't require you in every chair looks like, and how to get there from where you are.

CEO Summer Camp teaches exactly that. 4 weeks with Theresa Mazzuco, a 6x CEO. The foundations: offers, client journey, systems, delegation. Specifically for female founders. Specifically about getting you out of the wheel.

If you're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix, this is the program I'd send you to.

Email · 03 The disappearing act
Subject: when did you last leave your business alone

When was the last time you went a full week without thinking about your business?

Not a vacation where you still checked Slack. Not a weekend where you "just" sent a few emails. An actual week.

For most female founders running a business right now, the answer is "I can't remember" or "never."

Here's what that costs over time. You stop being present for your people. You stop having ideas because there's no room. You stop being the person you started this business to become.

The business was supposed to give you a life. Instead it's eating it.

This is what CEO Summer Camp is about. 4 weeks with Theresa Mazzuco learning the foundations behind a business that runs without you in every chair: a real offer suite, a client journey that lives outside your head, systems that follow up and deliver while you're doing other things, and a delegation framework so you can hire and have it stick.

Specifically for female founders. Specifically about getting your life back.

Social · 01 The reframe

To the female founder who's been crying in her car between meetings:

This is what happens when no one teaches you the foundations of a business that doesn't require you in every chair.

It's not you. It's the gap nobody filled.

CEO Summer Camp fills it. 4 weeks. Taught by Theresa Mazzuco. For female founders who deserve to actually thrive in their business.

Social · 02 The unofficial business plan

If "I'll just do it myself, it's faster" has become your unofficial business plan, can I be honest with you for a second?

That's how founders lose themselves. Slowly, then all at once.

You started a business to build a life. Not to become the bottleneck of your own dream.

CEO Summer Camp is the program that gets you out of that loop. 4 weeks with Theresa Mazzuco learning the foundations behind a business that runs without you in every step.

Social · 03 The honest recommend

If you're a female founder running on fumes and starting to wonder if any of this is sustainable, I want you to know about CEO Summer Camp.

It's 4 weeks with Theresa Mazzuco, a 6x CEO who teaches the foundations behind a business that brings clients in, runs without you in every step, and doesn't end with you burning out.

I'm picky about what I recommend. This one I'd send a founder to without hesitation.

Thread · 01 The four foundations

If you're a female founder who's secretly thought about closing your business this year, read this:

The exhaustion isn't permanent. It's what happens when no one teaches you these four things:

1. How to bring clients in through an offer suite instead of chasing every sale
2. How to get the business out of your head and into a client journey
3. How systems can follow up and deliver while you live your life
4. How to actually delegate so it sticks

CEO Summer Camp teaches all four in 4 weeks. Taught by Theresa Mazzuco.
